Having Fun At National Parks In The USA
Did you know that there are many people who will spend a week or two and travel from one national park to the next? These people are called park hoppers and their only goal is to have fun at each national park while they are there.
How would you like to become a National Park hopper?
If you want to be a National Park hopper there are a few things you need to understand to have the most fun possible. The first thing you need to understand is the faster you get to your destination the more time you will have at each national park. Think about it, if you only have 2 weeks to go from one national park to the next you need to hurry in order to pack in as much fun as you possibly can.

Another thing you need in order to become a National Park hopper is have internet access along the way that way you can plan out your day or days at each park. For people who have been to any certain park before they already know what there is and probably have it planned out in their head, but there is nothing like putting your plans on paper. For example one of the things I always like to do is get a helicopter for a few hours to take my family and I over the national park. This is something that needs to be planned ahead because often times helicopter services are booked or have other plans and you don't want to plan your entire day around one thing and have that one thing not happen.
Best place to go national park hopping:
The best place to go national park hopping is on the West Coast. The reason that is the best place to go park hopping is simply because there are more national parks on that side of the country and they are closer together. For example when I went to Yosemite National Park In San Francisco I chartered a helicopter to take me over the national park and then that same company had a private jet that they then took me to Arizona and used a helicopter there to take me over and through the Grand Canyon. This is something I would have never experience if I didn't plan ahead because I had to call and figure out which companies even had aircrafts in both areas and what the price would be.
For anybody looking to get out there and see what the United States has to offer there is nothing like national park hopping. I have been using the time span of 2 weeks because it is easy to relate to but in reality 2 weeks just isn't enough. If you want to get the full experience take enough time in order to travel and see each park for 3 days, that way you can experience everything in one trip. It will be a trip to remember for the rest of your life.
